This is an expression T picked up somewhere.
Another thing my son picked up somewhere is the need for safety and security...
Occasionally, I tell a little bedtime story about a boy named Toron and a girl named Martella. Toron is 4 and Martella is 3. They have wonderful adventures together. Last night, I told a story about Toron and Martella. In the story, they started out in the bathtub, with Mom supervising, and they ended up creating boats out of bars of soap and sailing off. They sailed into a deep, dark, underground cave with a deep lake in it (think about the lake where the Horcrux was hidden in Harry Potter.) Mom was not there. It was just Toron and Martella. A big dragon appeared and chased them off (think about the escape from Gringotts) and they sailed out of the deep, dark, underground cave, towards an unknown light source, and they ended up in the bathtub again!
After I was done with the adventure story, T decided he would tell me a story.
He told a story about a boy name Frank and a little girl named Amanda. They were in the bathtub and they created boats out of bars of soap, "Only they put their safety belts on."
Next F and A sailed out of the bathtub toward a cave, "Only a really, really bright cave with a lot of light."
At the cave, "I guess they couldn't get in the cave cuz this cave was really small." F and A floated around the cave and out of the cave came a wolf, "a really little, tiny, small wolf. So small it was smaller than a toe! It was a really small wolf. It was just so small that Frank and Amanda were able to step on it, and crunched it, and they said, "Goodbye, we are going to get our mom now."
"The End."
