Marilyn

There once was a friend of our family named Marilyn. She was at our house twice a week, and in the pre-blog, well, pre-Internet days even, I would leave little stories and notes for her on a dry-erase board stuck to my bedroom door.

Sometimes I would leave written questions for her and promise "prizes", (for example, a decorated cardboard box, of which I would be the designer). Anyway, Marilyn always answered the written question, and always got it right, and I'm afraid I began to badly lag on the prize-making front...

The point of my story is this: You may read my blog, but I'm not promising you anything.

WHAT!!! No prizes. Oh, well, I'll still probably be addicted to reading your blog. So post away!
